1. Payment Infrastructure Services
Cyzora Pay connects merchant applications to Safaricom M-Pesa: accepting payments, matching them to orders automatically, and settling money directly to the merchant's own account.
2. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants must operate in compliance with Kenyan law and CBK guidelines. Merchants must maintain valid business documentation and protect their API credentials from unauthorized exposure.
3. Processing Fees & Settlement
Transactions processed through Cyzora incur a standard 1.8% fee on successful deposits only. Withdrawing available balances to M-Pesa or bank accounts incurs a 1.1% fee on successful withdrawals only.
4. Acceptable Usage & AML
Cyzora strictly prohibits the processing of fraudulent, deceptive, or unlicensed activities. Accounts violating anti-money laundering (AML) protocols will be suspended immediately.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
